FATAWAR LAJINATID-DAA'IMAH: IDAN RANAR IDI TAYI DAI DAI DA RANAR JUMA'AH.
Godiya ta tabbata ga Allah shi kadai babu abokin tarayya, Tsira da Aminci su tabbata akan wanda babu wani Annabi bayansa, da iyalan gidansa da sahabbansa. Bayan haka;
Hakika tambayoyi sun yi yawa akan idan ranar idi ta kasance a ranar juma’a, idi biyu suka hadu; Idul fitr ko Idul adhaa da kuma Idin Juma’a wadda itace idin sati, shin sallar juma’a tana wajaba akan wanda ya halarci sallar idi (fitr ko adhaa)? Ko kuwa sallar idin ta ishe shi sai yayi sallar azahar a maimakon yayi sallar juma’a? sannan shin za a yi kiran salla a wajen sallar azahar a cikin masallatan anguwanni ko kuwa baza a yi ba? Da dai sauran tambayoyi masu alaka da hakan.
Sai Lajinatid-Daa’imah ta ga dacewar fitar da fatawowin dake tafe:
AMSA:
A cikin wannan mas’ala akwai hadisai marfu’ai (hadisin da aka samo daga Annabi ﷺ) da kuma aathaar maukufai (hadisin sahabbai), daga cikin su;
1. Hadisin Zaid bn Arqam (RA) cewa Mu’awiyah bn Abi Sufyan ya tambaye shi: shin ka taba shaidawa a lokacin Annabi ﷺ idi biyu sun hadu rana daya? Sai nace: Eh. Sai yace: to yaya ya aikata? Sai nace: ya sallaci idi sannan yayi rangwame ga juma’a, sannan yace (ﷺ) “wanda ya so yayi sallah (ta juma’a) to yayi sallah”. Abu Dawud da Ibn Majah da Darimy da Hakim acikin mustadrak yace hadisi ne sahihin isnadi amma basu fitar da shi ba (Bukhary da Muslim) amma yana da shaahid a kan sharadin muslim.
2. Shaahid dinda aka ambata shine Hadisin Abu Hurairah (RA) yace Annabi ﷺ yace: “hakika idi biyu sun hadu acikin wannan yini naku, wanda yaso wannan idin ya isar masa da juma’a, amma mu dae zamuyi juma’a” Haakim da Abu dawuda da Ibn Majah da Bayhaqee da sauran su.
3. Kuma akwai hadisi daga Ibn Abbas (RA) yace: cewa manzon Allah ﷺ yace: “idi biyu sun hadu a wannan yini naku, wanda ya so idi ya isar masa da juma’a, amma mu dai zamuyi sallar juma’a Inshaa Allah.” Ibn Majah. Mazajen wannan hadisi duka amintattu ne.
4. Sannan acikin sahihul Bukhary da Muwadda ta Imamu Malik hadisi daga Abu Ubaidah Mawala bn Azhar yace: na shaidi idi guda biyu tare da Usman dan Affan (RA) kuma wannan ya kasance ranar juma’a ce, sai yayi sallar idi kafin khutuba, sannan yayi khuduba yace: “ ya ku mutane lallai wannan rana idi biyu sun hade muku aciki, wanda ya so ya jira har lokacin juma’a daga cikin mutanen awaaly (wata anguwa a wajen madinah) sai ya jira, wanda kuma yaso ya koma nayi masa izini.” Bukhary da Malik.
*Akwai hadisai da dama da ban kawo a nan ba saboda takaitawa, amma akwai su a nuskhar larabci ta fatawar.
Saboda haka akan wadannan hadisai marfu’ai da kuma aathaar mauqufai, daga adadi mai yawa na sahabbai (RA), sannan la’akari da abinda jamhurun malamai (mafi yawanci) sukayi maganganu akan wannan mas’ala, Lajinah tana bayyana wadannan hukumce-hukumce kamar haka.
1. Wanda ya halarci sallar Idi ya samu rangwame akan rashin halartar sallar juma’a, zai sallaci azhar a lokacin azahar, amma idan yayi kokari ya sallaci juma’a tare da mutane da yafi.
2. Wanda bai halarci sallar idi ba wannan rangwame bazai same shi ba, saboda haka wajabcin juma’a bazai fadi daga kansa ba, saboda haka dole ne ya tafi masallaci yayi sallar juma’ah, idan kuma bai samu adadin da zasu sallaci juma’a ba tare da mutane bay a samu ya sallace ta a matsayin azahar.
3. Ya wajaba ga limamin juma’a ya fito ya jagoranci jama’ar da suka fito sallar juma’a a wannan rana, idan kuma jama’ar da suka fito basu kai adadin da za a yi sallar juma’a da su ba, sai ya sallace ta a matsayin azahar.
4. Wanda ya halarci sallar idi kuma yayi amfani da rangwamen da akayi akan sallar juma’a, tau zai sallace ta a matsayin azahar idan lokacin azahar yayi.
5. Wannan lokaci na sallar azahar ba a shar’anta ayi kiran salla ba (a cikin masallatan anguwanni), kawai za ayi kiran salla ne a masallatan da za a yi sallar juma’a a wannan rana.
6. Qaulin da yace idan mutum ya halarci sallar idi, cewa juma’a da azahar sun fadi daga kanshi baya da inganci, saboda haka ne malamai suka nisanci wannan Magana kuma suka yi hukuknci da kuskuren ta, saboda ya saba wa sunnah ingantacciya, sa kuma kayar da farilla daga cikin farillan da Allah ya azawa bayi ba tare da wani dalili ba. Kuma watakila mai fadin wannan zance bai tsinkayo hadisai da aathaar da suka zo akan wannan mas’ala ba, wadanda ke nuna cewa wanda ya halarci idi kawai anyi masa rangwame ne a sallar juma’a, amma wajibine yayi sallar azahar.
Allah Ta’alaa ne mafi sani, tsira da aminci su tabbat akan Annabinmu, da iyalan sa da sahabbansa.
